Endurance & Automatic Session Matching

Connect planned and completed training for every athlete and session.

How it works day to day

Prepare a structured plan

The coach imports existing plan images with AI, reviews the recognised sessions and edits the draft. A planned session becomes the reference for later comparison.

Match completed activities

Once training data is available, matching logic looks for suitable planned sessions. Coaches can review matches, add missing links and manually correct unsuitable ones.

Compare each session, not just weekly totals

The session view compares planned and completed minutes. Available intensity zones show the distribution of effort. Weekly summaries and team comparisons complement the individual view.

Fictional athletes and a complete training week with matched and unmatched sessions. Clearly distinguish session comparison from weekly totals.

What to know

How do AI import and matching differ?

AI helps digitise the plan. A separate matching logic links activities to sessions afterwards. A good import therefore does not guarantee a correct activity match.

What if data is missing?

An unmatched session does not prove training was skipped: the activity may be missing or linked incorrectly. Check the data and the connection before interpreting a difference.

How do advanced dashboards help?

Deeper endurance views add weekly trends, intensity distributions and athlete comparisons to session matching. Zone analysis requires the relevant activity data; minutes and zones answer different questions.
