Strength Training & AI Plan Import

Turn an existing plan image into an editable plan, then follow the training results.

How it works day to day

Turn a plan image into a draft

The coach uploads a readable photo or screenshot. AI structures weeks, sessions, exercises and sets. The result is a draft that can be edited in the plan editor.

Review recognition and assign the plan

Check exercise names, sets and repetitions and correct them where needed. Only then does the coach adopt the draft and assign the plan to athletes.

Record sets and review progress

Athletes log completed weights and repetitions. Coaches follow exercise development and training history, moving from team comparisons into individual sessions in the deeper analysis.

Show two states side by side: a readable fictional plan image and the recognised draft table with exercises, sets and repetitions.

A complete session with multiple exercises and plausible weights. A second view shows a longer exercise history and team comparison.

What to know

What should the plan image show?

Readable exercise names and clearly associated sets and repetitions help recognition. Check abbreviations and unusual table layouts especially carefully. Import assists the coach but does not replace review.

What does strength analysis compare?

Logged sets provide the basis for reviewing weights, repetitions and exercise development across sessions. A populated training history gives more context than a single result.

Who does what?

Coaches currently manage planning. Athletes record execution in their own training logs. The optional strength module adds these planning and analysis steps to team monitoring.
